<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
<br />Councilman B~ewer, seconded by Schlueter and carried, the following Resolution en-
<br />titled:
<br /> "Resolution No...62-66 authorizing condemnation of real proDerty east of Flower
<br /> Street and sou~n of Eighth Street for the widening of Eighth Btreet and for
<br /> Civic Center pua~poses and declaring the necessity therefor"
<br />was considered and passed by the following vote:

<br />Instructions No. 47397-C, dated March 14, 1962, be approved and signed with Ralph D.
<br />and Geneva M. Dozier~ for a parcel of real property on the west side of North Gern-
<br />sey Street, north of Sixth Street, known as 602 North Garnsey Street, in the Civic
<br />~ent~e~r area, 1.n t~he.amount of $17~800.00; $I7,600.0.0 being the total consideration
<br />or ~ne proper~y oelng conveyer and$200.O0 for moving expenses.

<br />tion for the property being conveyed and $200.00 for moving expenses, was consider-
<br />

<br />cc~puting regular vacation, limitation on vacation, and holidays.
