<br />of Rita Way; from W. F. and Maurine M. Croddy, quitclatm~ng an easement for pipe
<br />lines on the north side of Harvard Street, west of Fairview Street; from L. Earl
<br />Phillips, quitclaiming a parcel of real property on the east side of Raitt Street,
