<br />"Resolution No. 62-76 of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
<br />determining and declaring that weeds which when mature bear wingy
<br />or downy seeds which will attain such a large growth as to become
<br />a fire menace when dry, or which are noxious or dangerous, are grow-
<br />ing upon certain streets, sidewalks, and private property in said
<br />City of Santa Aha, and are a public nuisance; directing the Director
<br />of Public Works~to%~post notices to destroy said weeds as required by
<br />law; fixing the time for hearing objections and protests, and direct-
<br />ingthe abatement thereof in accordance with Chapter 13, Part 2,
<br />Division 3, Title ~ of the Government Code of the State of California"
<br />
<br />setting the date of hearing on May 7, 1962, was considered and passed by the follow

<br />The Resolution approving map and declaring intention to vacate a portion of Riverin
<br />
<br />Street between a point 150 feet north of Eighth Street and Tenth Street was with-
<br />
<br />The Council having unanimously waived the readl~ of the Ordinance, on motion of
<br />
<br />seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Ordinance en-
<br />
<br />titled:
<br />
<br />"Ordinance amending Sections 2252, 2253, 2255, 2267 and 2268 of the
<br />Santa Ana Municipal Code regulating vacations"
<br />
<br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading.
<br />
<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of
<br />
<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Schlueter and carried, the following Ordinance en-
<br />
<br />t it led:
<br />
<br />"ordinance No. NS-576 declaring the annexation of territory designated
<br />'Fairhaven and Cambridge Southeast Annex'"
<br />
<br />was considered and passed by the following vote:
