<br />Harry Tancredi, ll04 East 17th Street, requested the use of non-reinforced pipe
<br />instead of the required reinforced concrete pipe for the storm drain; and the elimi.
<br />nation of the condition pertaining to the paving of the westerly half of Wright
<br />Street frcm the southerly boundary of Tract ~0h to 17th Street, reference Revised
<br />Tentative Tract 440~. Mr. Tancredi stated the paving would be done when the sectic~
<br />is developed and referred to Preliminary Record of Survey 216, approved by Council
<br />October 2, 1961. On motion of Counci~man Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried,
<br />Map of Tract h40~, filed by Metropolitan Savings and Loan Association (Harry
<br />Tancredi), for the dedication of Fruit Street, Brown Street, Concord Street, Sixth
<br />Street, and Mabury Street for use for highway purposes, was approved, with the exce
<br />tion that the condition for the paving of Wright Street be imposed separately,
<br />Wright Street to be improved when the section is developed (Preliminary Record of
<br />Survey 216); the request for the use of non-reinforced pipe instead of the required
<br />reinforced concrete pipe for the storm drain was denied; Improvement Bond in the sun
<br />of $48,000.00 and Monument Bond in the sum of $350.00 approved; License fee in the
<br />sum of $1,750.00 accepted; and agreement covering improvements ordered signed, when
<br />submitted and approved by the Attorney as to form.

<br />~531, filed by Mark and Juanita ~ndrews, for the dedication of Cherry Street, Aspen
<br />Street, Beechwood Street, Eastwood Avenue, Hathaway Street, and Santa Clara Avenue
<br />for public highways; also for the dedication of the ten-foot easement for water and
<br />sewer purposes, Lot A for drainage purposes, the eight-foot easements for drainage
<br />purposes, the ten-foot easement for drainage pturposes, and the ten-foot easement fo~
<br />water line and sewer purposes, was approved subject to the Subdivider submitting
<br />necessary bonds in the amounts required, subject to the approval of the Attorney as
<br />to form; License fee in the sum of $2,850.00 accepted; and agreement covering im-
<br />provements ordered signed.
