On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Schlueter and carried, the <br />request of the applicant was granted, and the Fairmont Street property reclassifi- <br />cation petitio~ withdrawn. The Council having uBsuimously waived the <br />reading of the Resolution~ on motion of Councilm~n Hubbard, seconded by Schlueter <br />and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 62-84 ordering the Street Superintendent to abate the <br /> public nuisance heretofore declared by the City Council of the City <br /> of Santa Aha, to-wit: weeds which bear seeds of a wingy or downy <br /> nature and attain such a large growth as to become a fire menace <br /> when dry and which are nc~ious and dangerous, growing upon certain <br /> streets, sidewalks and private property in the City of Santa Ana~ <br /> hy having the weeds referred to removed" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
