<br /> Survey 260, filed by First Financial Corporation of the West, seller, and Eugene
<br /> Hergert~ buyer, was approved, subject to conditions.

<br /> conditions. On motion of Councilm~u Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, Pre-
<br /> liminary Record of Survey 261, filed by Henry C. Cox, was approved, subject to con-
<br /> ditions.

<br />On motion of C~ncilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, Map of Tract 3821
<br />filed by Solc~on Development Corporation, for the dedication as public highways
<br />Barbette Avenue, Keelson Avenue, Davit Avenue, Tampion Avenue, McFadden Avenue,
<br />Highland Street, Starboard Street, Sail Street, and Cooper Street; all vehicular
<br />access rights to McFadden Avenue except at street intersections; and the easement
<br />for drainage purposes as designated, Improvement Bond in the sum of $130, O00.O0, an
<br />Monument Bond in the sum of $2,300.00 were approved; license fee in the sum of
<br />$5,600.00 accepted; and agreement covertng improvements ordered signed.

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, Map of Tract 4528
<br />filed by Tustin Land Cc~pany, for the dedication of Buffalo Avenue, Hathaway Stree
<br />Avalon Avenue, and Santa Clara Avenue for public use for highway purposes; all
<br />vehicular access rights to Santa Clara Avemue, exeept at street intersections; and
<br />also the easements for sewer end drainage purposes across Lots 28 and 29, and Im-
<br />provement Bond in the sum of $49,700.00, and Monument Bond in the sum of $800.00
<br />were approved; license fee in the sum of $1,850.00 accepted; and agreement coveriz
<br />improvements ordered si~ed.

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly end carried, Map of Tract
<br />filed by Tricon Development, Inc., for dedication as public highways Wisteria Plat.
<br />Flight Avenue, Ballast Avenue, Doming Street, and Maxine Street, Improvement Bond
<br />in the sum of $56,000.00, and Monument Bond in the sum of $1,200.O0 were approved;
<br />license fee in the sum of $2,900.00 accepted; and agreement covering improvements
<br />ordered signed.

<br />filed by Nelson B. Reames, for dedication to the public for street purposes Cedar
<br />Street, Camile Street, Standard Avenue, and Bishop Street; and all vehicular acco:
<br />rights to Standard Avenue and Bishop Street, except at street intersections, Im-
<br />provement Bond in the sum of $9,600.00, and Monument Bond in the sum of $525.00
<br />were approved; license fee in the sum of $550~00 accepted; and agreement covering
<br />improvements ordered signed.
