(5) <br /> <br />The applicant shall implement the City-mandated transportation demand management <br />(TDM) program, consistent with the TDM Strategy Plan, described in Section 4.10 and <br />Appendix F of the RDEIR. The TDM program shall include ridesharing/carpooling <br />inducements and inducements to reduce peak hour trips to and from the project. The <br />effectiveness of the TDM in reducing a.m. peak-hour trips shall be documented and <br />fines shall be imposed by the City for the nonattainment of TDM goals.
