20. <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />To reduce emissions generated by increased traffic, parking spaces with electrical <br />outlets for electric vehicles shall be provided onsite, and included in the total number <br />of parking spaces provided. Ten electric vehicle parking spaces will be provided as <br />part of the Phase I parking space requirements. Efficient heating and other <br />appliances such as water heaters, cooking equipment, refrigerators, furnaces, and boiler <br />units shall be utilized.
