502 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-046 <br />PAGE 4 <br /> <br />RELOCATION INSPECTIONS <br /> <br /> The fee for an inspection on a building or structure, as <br />required for its proposed relocation, shall be two hundred fifty <br />dollars ($250.00) for each main building or structure and fifty <br />dollars ($50.00) for each accessory building or structure. If <br />the buildings or structures to be inspected are outside of the <br />city, reimbursement for mileage traveled at the rate of $0.50 <br />per mile and travel time at the rate of fifty dollars <br />($50.00)per hour is additionally required. <br /> <br />K. APPLICATION PROCEEEING AND PLaN CHECKING FEES <br /> <br /> An application processing fee and plan checking fee shall <br />be paid to the Building official at the time of submitting plans <br />for checking. Such fee shall be equal to sixty-five percent <br />(65%) of the building permit fee as set forth in this <br />resolution. In addition, for all occupancy buildings, such fee <br />shall also include a surcharge for state mandated energy <br />enforcement equal to $22.00 for each 1,000 square feet of <br />building area, or fraction thereof, up to 4,000 square feet, and <br />$11.00 for each additional 1,000 square feet of fraction <br />thereof. <br /> <br />ne <br /> <br />MICROFILM RECORDS <br /> <br /> Whenever plans are submitted which are required by any law <br />or City procedure to be maintained as a permanent record, the <br />following fees are to be charged for the purpose of creating and <br />maintaining permanent files. <br /> <br />Each sheet $2.00 <br /> <br />RESEARCH AND PROCESSING FEES <br /> <br /> Whenever the Building official is requested to approve <br />alternate materials or methods of construction in accordance <br />with Section 105, Uniform Building Code, Section 201 Uniform <br />Plumbing Code, Section 105(a) Uniform Mechanical Code or Section <br />105 of the Uniform Administrative Code provisions for the 1990 <br />Edition of the National Electrical Code, the research and <br />processing fee shall be $150.00 <br /> <br />Whenever the Building official is requested to approve a <br />modification of code in accordance with Section 106, Uniform <br />Building Code, Section 201 Uniform Plumbing Code, Section 106 <br />Uniform Mechanical Code or Section 106 of the Uniform <br />Administrative Code provisions for the 1990 Edition of the <br />National Electrical Code, the research and processing fee shall <br />be $150.00 <br /> <br /> <br />
