501, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-046 <br />PAGE 3 <br /> <br />~UILDIN~ RECORDS REPORT <br /> <br /> Whenever a request is received for documentation by a <br />written report or for information necessitating a search of <br />documents, records, or plans, a fee shall be assessed in an <br />amount sufficient to reimburse the City for actual costs <br />incurred by the city, but in no case shall be less than thirty- <br />five dollars ($35.00). <br /> <br />FJ <br /> <br />~EPARTMENTAL APPROVAL FOR BUSINESS <br /> CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY <br /> <br /> Whenever a Business License Tax application requires <br />processing by the department for approval of a Business <br />Certificate of!Occupancy, a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall <br />be paid to the Finance Director when the application is filed <br />and deposited by him into Revenue Fund 11-417. <br /> <br />DEMOLITION PERMIT <br /> <br /> The fee for a permit to demolish a building or structure <br />shall be based upon the contract price but in no case less than <br />fifty dollars ($50.00). <br /> <br /> When a building is demolished, the owner shall provide the <br />city with a cash or surety bond as described in Section 8-1768 <br />through 8-1771 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code. For the purpose <br />of lot cleanup and capping of the sewer lateral, the value of <br />the bond is to,be established by the Building Official but in no <br />case shall the bond be less than one thousand dollars <br />($1,000.00) per building. A single family dwelling and garage <br />shall be considered as one building for bonding purposes. <br /> <br />(Note: A demolition permit fee is separate from and <br />additional to the fee for any other permit which may be required <br />by code provisions other than those specifically regulating <br />demolition.) <br /> <br />H. FLOODPLAIN CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS VARIANCES <br /> <br /> The fee for an application for a variance from the <br />floodplain construction standards of the City shall be one <br />hundred-fifty dollars ($150.00). <br /> <br />I. APPEALS <br /> <br /> The fee for an appeal to the Uniform Code Appeals Board <br />shall be seven'hundred dollars ($700.00), payable at the time of <br />filing of the appeal. <br /> <br /> <br />
