<br />Garden Grove, stated there are an estimated 126, 706 Catholics in the County and
<br />some 18, 063 registered in Santa Aha, and this is the only Catholic bookstore in
<br />the entire County. Mr. Sullivan read a portion of a letter from Doubleday, Inc.
<br />stating they have known the applicants for some time an~ are familiar with their
<br />type of business, and any expansion would be for the betterment of the c~mmAnity.
<br />Mr. Sullivan presented the following letters requesting approval of the Appeal

<br />of her four children living at home, her husband being incapacitated by illness,
<br />and while hardship alone should not be considered~ the Supreme Cour~ has ruled that
<br />hardship should be considered' b~ a City Council. The Council having unanimously
<br />waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by
<br />Hubbard and carried, the following Resolution entitled:
