RESOLUTION 94-020 <br /> <br />Land Use/Housing and Business Relocation <br /> <br />Significant Effect <br /> <br />The project will result in property takes, Complete property takes would <br />include six multifamily residences, 11 single family residences, one church, <br />one chapel and two commercial retail uses. Partial takes include one multi- <br />family and three single family residences. <br /> <br />Finding <br /> <br />Finding 1: <br /> <br />Changes or alterations have been required in, or in- <br />corporated into, the project which avoid or substan- <br />tially lessen the significant environmental effect as <br />identified in the final EIR. <br /> <br />Facts in Support of Finding <br /> <br />The significant effect ha~ been substantially lessened to the extent feasible by <br />virtue of the following mitigation measure identified in the Final EIR and <br />incorporated into the project. <br /> <br />5-1 <br /> <br />Prior to beginning construction, the City shall comply with the Cali- <br />fornia Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition <br />Policies Act (Government Code Section 7260 et. seq.). This Act re- <br />quires that all public entities in California provide just compensation <br />(fair market value) and relocation advisory assistance to any person or <br />business displaced because of the acquisition of real property for <br />public uses. Relocation advisory services and relocation payments <br />shall be provided to eligible recipients, consistent with this Act.
