RESOLUTION 94-021 <br /> <br />incorporated into, the project which avoid or <br />substantially lessen the significant environmental <br />effect identified in the Final EIR. <br /> <br />Facts in Support of the Findina <br /> <br />The following mitigation measure has been incorporated in the <br />proposed Plan to reduce the school facility impacts generated by <br />the Plan to a level of insignificance. <br /> <br />Ail development under State law and Garden Grove Unified <br />School District policy, shall be required to pay school impact <br />fees prior to the issuance of building permits% These fees <br />shall be used to provide classroom facilities for the <br />additional students. <br /> <br />Water <br /> <br />Sianificant Effect <br /> <br />Water mains will have to be upgraded or replaced. <br /> <br />Findinq <br /> <br />Findina 1: <br /> <br />Changes or alterations have been required in, or <br />incorporated into, the project which avoid or <br />substantially lessen the significant environmental <br />effect identified in the'Final EIR. <br /> <br />Facts in SUPPort of the Findin~ <br /> <br />The following mitigation measures have been incorporated in the <br />proposed Plan to reduce water impacts generated by the Plan to a <br />level of insignificance. <br /> <br />Water conservation devices shall be installed in all new or <br />rehabilitated commercial, industrial or residential <br />structures. <br /> <br />Efficient irrigation systems which minimize runoff and <br />evaporation shall be required to the greatest extent feasible. <br /> <br />Future applicants shall provide for the use of reclaimed water <br />on all irrigated areas where supply is available, subject to <br />review and approval by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Sewer <br /> <br />Sianificant Effect <br /> <br />It is anticipated that substantial upsizing of certain sewer mains <br />in this area will be needed to accommodate additional development <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br /> <br />
