RESOLUT O 94-02 381 <br /> <br />in this area and from adjacent cities. <br /> <br />Finding <br /> <br />Finding 1: <br /> <br />Changes or alterations have been required in, or <br />incorporated into, the project which avoid or <br />substantially lessen the significant environmental <br />effect identified in the Final EIR. <br /> <br />Facts in SUPPort of the Finding <br /> <br />The following mitigation measures have been incorporated in the <br />proposed Plan to reduce sewer service impacts generated by the Plan <br />to a level of insignificance. <br /> <br />Ail appropriate requirements of the County Sanitation District <br />and the City of Santa Ana shall be adhered to in the design <br />and construction of individual developments and provisions of <br />sewer facilities. <br /> <br />Prior to issuance of building permits, all future applicants <br />shall pay a connection charge to the 0CSD for the construction <br />of necessary capital facilities. <br /> <br />Solid Waste <br /> <br />SiGnificant Effect <br /> <br />Solid waste will increase 14.8 tons per day and decrease landfill <br />capacity. <br /> <br />Finding <br /> <br />Findina 1: <br /> <br />Changes or alterations have been required in, or <br />incorporated into, the project which avoid or <br />substantially lessen the significant environmental <br />effect identified in the Final EIR. <br /> <br />Facts in Support of the Finding <br /> <br />The following mitigation measures have been incorporated in the <br />proposed Plan to reduce solid waste impacts generated by the Plan <br />to a level of insignificance. <br /> <br />Ail new or redeveloped residential, commercial and industrial <br />structures shall be designed to provide adequate space for <br />recycling receptacles. <br /> <br />Appropriate provisions contained in the Source Reduction and <br />Recycling Element shall be implemented upon its adoption. <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br /> <br />
