Risks resulting <br />from flooding would be reduced to acceptable levels because all new <br />structures would be required to meet flood plain management <br />requirements. <br /> <br />In conjunction with the submittal of applications for grading <br />permits, future applicants shall submit to the City Public <br />Works Agency, detailed drainage studies showing that the <br />future grading, in conjunction with the drainage conveyance <br />systems, would allow future building pads to be safe from <br />inundation from the 100-year flood. <br /> <br />In conformance with current City policy, buildings within the <br />flood zones shall be required to meet flood plain standards. <br /> <br />Sianificant Effect <br /> <br />Larger volumes of urban pollutants including rubber hydrocarbons, <br />and metal particles from vehicle operations would enter drainage <br />areas. <br /> <br />Findin~ <br /> <br />Findin~ 1: <br /> <br />Changes or alterations have been required in, or <br />incorporated into, the project which avoid or <br />substantially lessen the significant environmental <br />effect identified in the Final EIR. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br /> <br />
