RESOLUTION 94-023 <br /> <br />453 <br /> <br />security guard obligation shall be reviewed with the Police Department of <br />Santa Ana after six months of Smi~ Superstore opening and annually <br />thereafter for any modification to the security obligation based upon <br />observations by the Parcel owners and Police Department incident reports. <br /> <br />63. <br /> <br />The site will be designed with parking areas that provide good illumination, <br />minimum dead space, and maximum store visibility to eliminate areas of <br />concealment and opportunities for crime. <br /> <br />The project sponsor shall be responsible for maintaining the premises free of <br />graffiti. All graffiti shall be removed within 24 hours of its occurrence. <br /> <br />65. <br /> <br />Upon completion of the project, and prior to occupancy, the project sponsor <br />shall provide a diagram of the completed project to the Santa Arm Police <br />I2epartment. The diagram will include access routes, unit numbers, and any <br />information that might facilitate police response. <br /> <br />The project will comply with the provision of the City of Santa Ana Building <br />Security Ordinance (regarding lighting, visibility, haxdware, etc.) found in <br />Chapter 8, Article 2, Division 3 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code. <br /> <br />67. <br /> <br />The pwject sponsor shall ensure that on-site consumption Of alcoholic <br />beverages occurs only in approved areas of facilities licensed for on premise <br />sales of alcoholic beverages. <br /> <br />Schools <br /> <br />Employment opportunities created by the proposed project are anticipated to be filled <br />by the local labor force, which would create some impacts on the Tustin Unified <br />School District. <br /> <br />68.
