036 <br /> <br />Resolution 94-033 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to amend said Resolutions to effect <br />these changes. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA: <br /> <br />1. That Resolution No. 82-110, as amended, is hereby further <br />amended by: <br /> <br /> a. Adding (to Section <br />the following classification <br />ranges indicated: <br /> <br />3) in proper alphabetical sequence, <br />titles at the monthly salary rate <br /> <br />Classification Title <br /> <br />Assistant Instrument 540 <br /> Technician <br /> <br />Community Library Supervisor 620 <br />Contracts Administrator 574 <br /> <br />Salary Rate <br />Ranae No. <br /> <br /> (Min-Max) <br /> <br />($2907-3533) <br /> <br />($4296-5226) <br />($3432-4173) <br /> <br /> b. Providing (in Section 3) an increase of six Salary Rate <br />Range Nos. (3%) to classes of employment designated as Unaffiliated <br />Confidential (UC). <br /> <br /> c. Providing (in Section 3.5.1) a three percent (3%) salary <br />increase to classes of employment designated as Seasonal and Other <br />Unaffiliated Part-Time. <br /> <br />3. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 85-027 is hereby amended by <br />increasing the assigned hourly rates for the exempt class of <br />Management Intern from ($12.80 - $13.45) to ($13.20 - $13.85). <br /> <br />4. That Section 3B of Resolution 91-066, as amended, be further <br />amended by decreasing the salary rate range for Library Director <br />(EM) from EM-30 to EM-28. <br /> <br /> <br />
