<br />and east of Tustin, and accepted street dedications thereon.

<br />the claim for damages filed by George K. Thompson, Executor of Alma M. Thompson Estate, in
<br />the amount of $200,000, allegedly suffered from the abandor~ent of~ashington Avenue which
<br />gave potential access to claimant's property, ~llowick Golf Co~rse.

<br />Michael Kragie, 3316 W. Camille, presented a petition with eleven names to Council, re-
<br />co~ending a change in the boundaries of Assessment District 218. On motion of Councilman
<br />Hubbard, seconded by Councilman $chlueter and carried, Council referred the petition to
<br />Department of Public ~erks f~ investigation and report.

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Brewer and carried, Council
<br />reimbursement in the amount of $658.79 to the developer of Tract 4}!4~ for costs to improve
<br />the streets in excess of local street standards, on Edinger Street.
<br />
<br />Council considered a request from the Division of Highways that California Vehicle Code
<br />provisions apply to the private entrance road to Fashion ~quare on Main Street. It was
<br />moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Brewer and carried, that a hearing on
<br />the matter be set for December 17, 1962.
