Thompson, Executor of Alma M. Camille, presented a petition with eleven names to Council, re- <br />co~ending a change in the boundaries of Assessment District 218. On motion of Councilman <br />Hubbard, seconded by Councilman $chlueter and carried, Council referred the petition to <br />Department of Public ~erks f~ investigation and report. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Brewer and carried, Council <br />reimbursement in the amount of $658.79 to the developer of Tract 4}!4~ for costs to improve <br />the streets in excess of local street standards, on Edinger Street. <br /> <br />Council considered a request from the Division of Highways that California Vehicle Code <br />provisions apply to the private entrance road to Fashion ~quare on Main Street.
