RESOLUTION 95-070 <br /> <br />Amendment Application No. <br />October 16, 1995 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br />95-5 and Conditional Use Permit No. 95-20 <br /> <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> <br />Should Conditional Use Permit No. 95-20 be approved, the project must <br />comply with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, <br />the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform <br />Building Code and all other applicable regulations. In addition, it <br />shall meet the following: <br /> <br />A. Planninq Division <br /> <br />No mechanical, electridal or other equipment is to be <br />placed on the outside of the building. Such equipment is <br />to be placed within the footprint of the building. <br /> <br />Construction activity is to be limited to between the hours <br />of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday· No <br />construction is permitted on Sunday and federal holidays. <br /> <br />The entire wall around the property'is to be not less than <br />six feet in height. <br /> <br />The car wash will only be open during daylight hours, <br />however, no earlier than 7:00 a.m· or later than 9:00 p.m. <br /> <br />B. Police Department <br /> <br />1. Ail pay telephones shall be located inside the premises. <br /> <br />The Conditional Use Permit shall be reviewed at six months, <br />at one year and then annually thereafter by the Police <br />Department for any modification to the conditions of <br />approval. This includes noise and site lighting concerns. <br /> <br />B. Public Works Aqency <br /> <br />A. Prior to site plan approval, complete the following: <br /> <br />Revise the site plan to depict the 48 inch striped <br />pedestrian access out of the proposed southerly drive <br />approach on Grand Avenue. <br /> <br />Revise the site plan to depict the removal of the <br />proposed 2 foot concrete swale and new catch basin, <br />located at each proposed drive approach. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br /> <br />
