Provisions for New Hires: Ail new employees hired in <br />classifications designated Unaffiliated Confidential (UC) <br />on or after December 1, 1995 shall have a new step "~Jt" <br />added to their salary range which shall be 5 percent (10 <br />salary rate ranges) below the existing "A" step for that <br />classification. Employees if hired at "AA" step shall <br />serve 6 months before moving to "A" step. All new <br />employees hired as of December 1, 1995 shall serve a <br />total of 12 months in "A" step." <br /> <br /> 2.
