The plan shall be approved by the City of Santa Aha <br />Public Works Agency prior to the issuance ora grading permit. <br /> <br />TRANSPORTATION/CIRCULATION <br /> <br />Significant Effect <br /> <br />There is a lack of adequate ingress/egress driveways for project traffic. <br /> <br />Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the project <br />which avoid or substantially lessen the significant environmental effect identified in <br />the Final EIR. <br /> <br />Facts in Support of the Findin_~ <br /> <br />The project does not have adequate driveway access at this time for project traffic. New <br />ingress/egress driveways along with proper signage and. signalization will be required. Potential <br />access impacts from Seventeenth Street i:an be reduced to a less than significant level through the <br />implementation of the following mitigation measures: <br /> <br />1. The project developer shall construct the project driveways on Seventeenth Street. <br /> <br />The project developer shall modify the traffic signal at the main project driveway on <br />Seventeenth Street for traffic generated from the proposed site.
