MAIN STREET <br />Revised December 14, 1998 <br />PAGE 11 <br /> <br />Prior to the issuance of a building permit for <br />Phase I, the applicant shall construct & new 8" <br />sewer main within the 25' wide "exclusive <br />underground, non-exclusive public service easement" <br />in the esplanade arrea and to extend from the <br />existing main in Main Street to Bush Street with <br />new manholes to be constructed on both Main and <br />Bush Streets to accommodate the sewer needs of Lots <br />I through 14. <br /> <br />10. Prior to the issunace of a building permit for <br /> Phase I, the applicant shall remove the existing 8" <br /> sewer mai~ and construct a new 10" sewer main on <br /> Main Street between First Street and the new <br /> manhole and also construct a new manhole at the <br /> ~2~~ of Main and First Streets. The new <br /> 10" sewer main to~ be constructed in the same <br /> location and the same slope as the existing 8" <br /> sewer main. <br /> <br />11. Prior to the issuance of a building permit for <br /> Phase II, the applicant shall construct all new 6" <br /> sewer mains within new "exclusive underground, non- <br /> exclusive public service easements", on the <br /> proposed private streets and esplanade easements <br /> throughout the "Phase II" area to accommodate the <br /> sewer needs of Lots 15 through 18, and 29 through <br /> 46. Lots 19 through 28 shall be served directly by <br /> ~he.~ $treet sewer main and the existing <br /> sewer main between the new manhole to be <br /> constructed on Bush Street and First Street to be <br /> cut, plugged, abandoned or removed. <br /> <br />It is anticipated that the proposed project may result in <br />alterations to t~heexisting or storm drain systems. The <br />City's Public Works Agency has reviewed the proposed <br />project and has not identified a need for new or altered <br />systems to meet the increased demand for water and sewer <br />services resulting from this project.
