MAIN STREET <br />Revised December 14, 1998 <br />PAGE 13 <br /> <br />abandoned portion of 2~ Street between Bush and <br />Spurgeon Streets. Construct a new 6" water main and <br />appurtenances to accommodate the water needs of <br />Lots 15 through 18, and relocate the existing fire <br />hydrant located on the southwest corner of Spurgeon <br />and 2~ Street to Spurgeon Street per city Standards <br />and approved plans. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />Prior to the issuance of a building permit for <br />Phase II, the applicant shall construct all new 6" <br />water mains within the new "exclusive underground, <br />non-exclusive public service easements", on the <br />proposed private streets and esplanade easements <br />throughout the "Phase II" area to accommodate the <br />water needs of Lots 29 through 46. Lots 19 through <br />28 shall be served directly by Spurgeon Street <br />water main. <br /> <br />XIII. <br /> <br /> a. <br /> <br />The proposed project will minimally obstruct any existing <br />scenic vistas or views open to the public.
