It was moved by Cotmcilman Harvey, seconded by Councilman Hubbard that the
<br />City Council uphold the action of the Planning Coaaaission and instruct the
<br />City Attorney to prepare a resolution denying Conditional Use Permit No. 152.
<br />The motion carried with Councilman Gilmore voting "No".
