It was moved by Cotmcilman Harvey, seconded by Councilman Hubbard that the <br />City Council uphold the action of the Planning Coaaaission and instruct the <br />City Attorney to prepare a resolution denying Conditional Use Permit No. 152. <br />The motion carried with Councilman Gilmore voting "No". <br /> <br />HEARING - AMenDMENT Mayor Hall opened the hearing on Amendment <br />APPLICATION h~]~ Application h~h filed by Walter Eiskey and <br />HISKE"i AND GOULD Maud Gould to reclassify from the M-1 to <br /> the R-~ District property on the east side <br />of Grand between Warner Road and McFadden.
