92 <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1999-023 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br /> <br /> d. removing the parenthetical identifier (AM) from the classification title of <br />Community Preservation Manager, and deleting this title from this resolution, in order to transfer <br />it to Resolution No. 91-066. <br /> <br />That Section 3B of Resolution No. 91-066, as amended, is hereby further amended <br /> <br />by: <br /> <br /> a. adding, in alphabetical sequence, the existing classification title of <br />Community Preservation Manager, transferred from Resolution No. 96-095; and assigning this class <br />to 15 step middle management Salary Rate Range No. MM-22 (minimum $5562, maximum $7859 <br />per month). <br /> <br /> b. designating Community Preservation Manager as unrepresented middle <br />management by adding the parenthetical identifier (MM) next to this class title. <br /> <br /> 6. That except as amended by this Resolution, all other provisions of Resolution Nos. <br />82-110, 91-066 and 96-095 shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> 7.
