9. Kitchen. Each guest mom shall have a kitchen. Such kitchen shall include a <br />kitchen sink with disposal, cooking appliances, refrigeration facilities, dry food and <br />utensil storage, and a food preparation area having a clear working space of not less <br />than 30 inches (762mm)..Light and ventilation conforming to the Uniform Building Code <br />shall be provided. <br /> <br />10. Laundry Room. Laundry mom facility shall include one washer and one dryer <br />for each 30 units or fractions thereof. <br /> <br />11. Meeting Rooms. There shall be a minimum of 800 square feet of interior floor <br />ama devoted for conference and meeting moms, exclusive of dining, breakfast and <br />lobby areas. <br /> <br />12. Lobby. A minimum of 500 square feet of interior floor area shall be devoted for <br />lobby. At least 50 percent of the lobby area is required to have a ceiling height of 12 <br />feet. <br /> <br />13. Minimum Room Size. Each guest mom shall be a minimum of 220 square feet, <br /> <br />14. Pre-wired Rooms. Each guest reom shall be pre-wired with telephone, cable <br />television and internet service. <br /> <br />15. Exterior Building Materials.
