The eastbound and westbound approaches would each have dual left- <br />turn lanes, two through lanes, and a separate right-turn lane. <br /> <br />Findings for Impact TR-2. The City finds that the above-identified changes or alterations <br />would reduce the impact identified as TR-2 to less than significant levels and are herby <br />incorporated into the project. No additional mitigation measures are necessary with the <br />implementation of Mitigation Measures TR-2 through TR- 15. <br /> <br />Impact TR-3.
