intersection include the following - dual left-turn lanes, three through lanes and a <br />separate right-turn lane. <br /> <br />TR-15 <br /> <br />Bristol Street / Segerstrom Avenue~Add a second left-turn lane and a separate fight-turn <br />lane on all approaches of the intersection. The northbound and southbound <br />approaches would each have dual left-turn lanes, three through lanes, and a separate <br />right-turn lane. The eastbound and westbound approaches would each have dual left- <br />turn lanes, two through lanes, and a separate right-turn lane. <br /> <br />Findings for Impact TR-2. The City finds that the above-identified changes or alterations <br />would reduce the impact identified as TR-2 to less than significant levels and are herby <br />incorporated into the project. No additional mitigation measures are necessary with the <br />implementation of Mitigation Measures TR-2 through TR- 15. <br /> <br />Impact TR-3. Under Year 2025 conditions, the proposed project would produce new traffic <br />volumes that would significantly impact 8 of the analyzed intersections and 1 street segment that <br />would operate beyond the acceptable maximum level of service.
