The City Manager consented that there shomld~t be ax~ s~ldi- tic.al cost over the $25.00 fee if the Jaycees performed the cleanup afterwar~o S~ERSTRO~ ~£ ALi~ Hearing was opened on the Precise Plan S.P.S.A. ~19 of Street Alignment N-m~er 19 for Segerstrem Avenue between Flor, er and Main Streets. The Clerk reported that notice of the hearing was published~ with affidavit on file; a~_ that no written c.~u~ications had ~een received. The developers stated that they concurred with the Planning Commtesion's recom- mendation. No one else desiring to speak~ the hearing was closed.
