ATTACHMENT B <br />ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING AND CONTRACTING, INC. FEE SCHEDULE <br />The proposed costs are presented into two segments. The first is for the tasks which the City of Santa Ana <br />has requested to be proposed in as unit costs and, the second, will be presented as a time -and -material <br />estimate for the other portions of the RFP. The scope of work for these Tasks are detailed in the attached <br />Scope of Work section. <br />Unit Cost Estimate <br />Task Activity <br />Item Cost Total Cost <br />Task 2, Item 1 — EEC will inspect a minimum of 500 FSEs Fixed Cost $40,000.00 <br />FSE Inspections pursuant to the scope of work at the <br />identified cost. <br />The cost for each additional inspection or Unit Cost <br />removed inspection will be conducted at a $60.00 <br />unit cost rate (minimum of 400 required). <br />Task 3, Item 1 — EEC will assess the 54 hot spots - provide <br />Hot Spot CCTV oversight, review the CCTV data and <br />Inspections provide recommendations for each of the <br />hot spots at a unit cost rate.
