<br /> Mr. Gipe is a Senior Project Manager with over 30 years
<br /> of engineering, construction/construction management,
<br /> constructibility reviews, construction inspection, and
<br /> planning and scheduling experience. Mr. Gipe's extensive
<br /> experience in design, consm~ction, and management includes
<br /> all aspects of h"ansDortation and public works projects.

<br /> Ana, Santa Ann, California: Project Manager responsible
<br /> for overseeing the design and construction of the 60,000-
<br /> square-foot (including 10,000 square feet of renovation)
<br /> Museum. During the design phase responsibilities included
<br /> coordinating with local representatives; review of the design
<br /> program and pruject budget; consa'uctibility reviews; project
<br /> schedules; preparation and submittal of final estimate of
<br /> construction costs, a derailed review of plans, specifi-
<br /> cations, and engineering; preparation of bid documents,
<br /> bid solicitation, including prequalifieation of general
<br /> contracts; assisting in bid tabulation and award.

<br /> City of Santa Ana, Corporate Yard Project, Santa Ana,
<br /> California: Project Manager responsible for overseeing,
<br /> on behalf of the City of Santa Aha, the design and construction
<br /> of a new corporate yard. The projoct included construction
<br /> of five major structures and approximately 9.5 aerns of
<br /> PCC equipment parking area. The project also included
<br /> reconstruction of approximately one-half mile of two-lane
<br /> city streets utilizing a full depth asphalt section.

<br /> Number 5, Santa Ana, California: Project Manager
<br /> responsible for design and construction, monitoring and
<br /> reviewing consultants' efforts, contractor supervision,
<br /> agency coordination, progress and cost reporting, contract
<br /> administration, contractor payment invoice review, and
<br /> material testing laboratory coordination.
