First St. - APPROVED; <br />VA 68-108, COHEN - waive required side yard on property in the C 5 <br />District at 1404 N. Grand - APPROVED; <br />VA 68-109, PACIFIC THEATERS DEVELOPMENT CO. - permit <br />temporary storage and sale of firewood in the R 1 District at 2725 <br />W. 5th St. - APPROVED; <br />VA 68-110, VILLELA - w'aive required side yard on property in <br />R 1 District at 2071 S. Cedar - APPROVED; <br />CUP 68-18, MARK - construct a 151 bed convalescent hospital in <br />the C 2 and R 4 Districts at 3209 -17 W. Fifth St. - APPROVED; <br />VA 68 -118, SANTIAGO DEVELOPMENT CO., - construct apartment <br />complex in the C 4 District at 3400 S.
