<br />3.18 <br /> <br />3.19 <br /> <br />Spec #03- 027 <br /> <br />shall not necessarily be selected. The criteria upon which the evaluation of the proposals <br />shall be based, includes but is not limited to: <br /> <br />I. Responsiveness to this RFP <br /> <br />2. Quality and quantity of proposed equipment and supplies. <br /> <br />3. Demonstrated service experience in maintaining law enforcement and governmental <br />facilities and grounds. <br /> <br />4. Quality and number of references. <br /> <br />5. Demonstrated ability to provide comparable services as requested in this RFP. <br /> <br />6. Level of service proposed. <br /> <br />7. On-site quality maintenance plan. <br /> <br />8. Financial stability and resources. <br /> <br />9. Experience of proposed Agreement Administrator and on-site Supervisor. <br /> <br />10. Pricing. <br /> <br />Proposal Binding: Proposal shall be binding on the Proposer for one hundred-eighty <br />(180) days after the submission deadline and shall contain a statement to that effect. <br /> <br />Notice of Award: <br /> <br />Within thirty (30) days after the notice of award, the successful <br /> <br />Proposer shall enter into a formal agreement with the City. <br /> <br />Page II of 49 <br />
