For electricity, this marginal cost shall be determined for energy <br />(starting with the amount paid for the last kilowatt-hour purchased including fuel adjustment <br />cost) and demand (amount paid for the last kilowatt purchased I including, if applicable, the <br />effect of demand on the energy cost. <br /> <br />For energy sources the cost of which does not decrease with ~ncreasing usage, the average unit <br />cost of all deliveries received during the month. <br />Adc = Actual current year demand costs from utility bill <br />Aec = Actual current year energy cost from utility bill (including taxes and fuel charges). <br /> Os = Other related savings attributable to the conservation program. <br /> <br />If the Work results in a change of energy source (e.g. conversion from electric to gas heat), or <br />where the level of usage changes enough to affect the marginal cost, or where utilities have <br />changed rate structures, CONTRACTOR shall modify the calculations procedure to <br />appropriately adjust for the change. <br /> <br /> <br />
