(D) No Impact <br /> <br />According the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR, the <br />project site is located on Bolsa Silty Loam Soils that have <br />moderate shrink/swell potential, high corrosion potential to <br />uncoated steel and low corrosion potential to concrete. The <br />proposed project would not involve any earthwork activity and <br />therefore would not be subject to geotechnical constraints that <br />would effect the geotechnical stability of the project site. <br /> <br />(E) No Impact <br /> <br />The project site is a developed light industrial park with an <br />improved sewer system. In terms of geological stability, the <br />project site would be able to support the expansion of <br />additional sewer facilities if needed. <br /> <br />VII. HAZARDS/HAZARDOUS MATERIALS <br /> <br />(A.B) Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The operation of the proposed project would not involve the <br />routine transportation, handling, storage or disposal of <br />hazardous materials or the emission of hazardous emissions. The <br />long-term operation and construction activities for the proposed <br />project could involve the handling of incidental amounts of <br />hazardous materials. Any hazardous substances handled or stored <br />on the project site would be subject to local, state and federal <br />laws and regulations. Compliance with these laws and regulations <br />would reduce potential hazard safety impacts to a level <br />considered less than significant. <br /> <br />(C) No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR and <br />the Santa Aha Fire Department, the project site is not <br />identified as a hazardous material site. Implementation of the <br />project would not create a significant hazard to the public or <br />the environment. <br /> <br />(D) No Impact <br /> <br />According to the Orange County Airport Environs Land Use Plan, <br />the project site is not located within an accident potential <br />zone, or clear zone. The project site is situated within a FAA <br />Notification Area. According to FAA criteria, obstructions to <br /> <br />75.A. <br /> <br /> <br />
