Additionally, the proposed <br />project would be required to comply with applicable sections of <br />the Uniform Building Code Seismic Safety Standards to minimize <br />potential liquefaction hazards. <br /> <br />(A-4) No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR, there <br />are no landslide areas on the project site. <br /> <br />(B) <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />Implementation of the proposed project would not involve any <br />earthwork activity. Therefore, the proposed project would not be <br />subject to soil erosion impacts. <br /> <br />(C.D.E) No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR there <br />are no known geological hazards or unique geologic features <br />located on the project site that would preclude the <br />implementation of the proposed project. <br /> <br />VI. <br /> <br />HAZARDS/HAZARDOUS MATERIALS <br /> <br />(A.B) Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan there are no hazardous <br />material sites located on the project site. The operation of the <br />proposed project would not involve the use of large amounts of <br />hazardous waste materials or involve hazardous emissions. <br />Though, construction practices associated with the proposed <br />project could involve the handling of incidental amounts of <br />hazardous materials. The proposed project would be required to <br />comply with applicable federal, state and local laws regarding <br />the handling of hazardous materials.
