<br />VIII. <br /> <br />LAND USE/PLANNING <br /> <br />(A) No Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project would be installed within an existing <br />commercial center. The proposed project would not physically <br />divide any established community, in that there are no <br />residential uses located on the project site. <br /> <br />(B) No Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project is consistent with City's General Plan and <br />Zoning Ordinance. Implementation of the proposed project would <br />not be in conflict with any planning programs in the City. <br /> <br />(C) No Impact <br /> <br />The project site is situated within an urban setting and is not <br />included within any habitat conservation plan. Implementation of <br />the proposed project would not be in conflict with any habitat <br />conservation or natural community conservation plan. <br /> <br />IX. <br /> <br />MINERAL RESOURCES <br /> <br />(A) <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />The City's General plan Land Use Element EIR identifies that <br />there are no areas on the project site that contains Significant <br />Mineral Aggregate Resource Areas. Therefore, implementation of <br />the proposed project would not result in significant impacts to <br />any mineral resources. <br /> <br />X. <br /> <br />NOISE <br /> <br />(A.B.C.D) No Impact <br /> <br />Implementation of the proposed project would not generate long- <br />term noise levels, in that the proposed project does not involve <br />any operations that would emit noise. Additionally, construction <br />operations required for the proposed project would activities <br />that would not result in significant short-term noise impacts or <br />significant groundborne vibration impacts. All construction <br />operations would be subject to the City's Noise Ordinance and <br />would be limited to 7 AM to 8PM Monday through Saturday and no <br />construction on Sundays or Federal Holidays. <br /> <br />(E) No Impact <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />Paje 12 of 29 <br />3~IA;'27 <br />
