<br />According to the City's General Plan, the project site is not <br />significantly impacted by aircraft noise from John Wayne <br />Airport. Therefore, approval of the proposed project would not <br />expose people within the vicinity of the project site to <br />excessive aircraft noise levels. <br /> <br />XI. <br /> <br />POPULATION/HOUSING <br /> <br />(A) No Impac t <br /> <br />The proposed project involves the installation of a wireless <br />communication facility. Implementation of the proposed project <br />would not require the extension of new roads or major <br />infrastructure systems. Implementation of the proposed project <br />would not induce more population growth into the project site <br />vicinity. <br /> <br />(B.C) No Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project involves the installation of a wireless <br />communication facility. Implementation of the proposed project <br />would not displace any residential uses or population within the <br />vicinity of the project site. <br /> <br />XII. PUBLIC SERVICES <br /> <br />Fire Department: No Impact <br /> <br />The City of Santa Ana Fire Department would provide fire <br />protection and emergency services to the project site. The City <br />maintains ten fire stations throughout the City. The stations <br />are situated where no location in the City is outside of an <br />approximate 1.5 radius of a fire station. Additionally, the City <br />maintains a Mutual Aid Agreement for fire protection services <br />with the neighboring Cities of Fountain Valley, Garden Grove, <br />Tustin, Irvine and Costa Mesa. According to the City of Santa <br />Ana Insurance Service Organization, the City has a low fire risk <br />rating. <br /> <br />Implementation of the proposed project would not significantly <br />increase the demand for fire protection and emergency services <br />within the project area over current levels of demand. The Santa <br />Ana Fire Department has indicated that under existing levels of <br />manpower and equipment, it does not anticipate any significant <br />constraints in providing adequate fire protection services to <br />the project site.
