Substantially increase hazards to a design feature Less Than Significant Impact The proposed project would provide a number of traffic improvements within the project area to enhance vehicle and pedestrian circulation within the project area. Such improvements include construction of new sidewalks along portions of Jackson Street, Eleventh Street and Washington Avenue, corner cut-off dedications and construction of wheelchair access ramps and construction of cul-de-sacs for Eleventh Street and Washington Avenue. No significant vehicle or pedestrian safety hazards would be associated with the implementation of the proposed project. E. Result in inadequate emergency access Less Than Significant Impact As part of the City's development review process the Santa Ana Police Department and the Santa Ana Fire Department has reviewed the proposed project for potential impacts in regards to emergency access. Both the Fire Department and the Police Department have indicated that implementation of the proposed project would not pose any emergency access constraints or adverse impacts. F. Result in inadequate parking capacity Less Than Significant Impact Through the City's development review process, the Planning Department has determined that the proposed project is providing an adequate amount of parking.
