Such <br />improvements include construction of new sidewalks along <br />portions of Jackson Street, Eleventh Street and Washington <br />Avenue, corner cut-off dedications and construction of <br />wheelchair access ramps and construction of cul-de-sacs for <br />Eleventh Street and Washington Avenue. No significant vehicle or <br />pedestrian safety hazards would be associated with the <br />implementation of the proposed project. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />Result in inadequate emergency access <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />As part of the City's development review process the Santa Ana <br />Police Department and the Santa Ana Fire Department has reviewed <br />the proposed project for potential impacts in regards to <br />emergency access. Both the Fire Department and the Police <br />Department have indicated that implementation of the proposed <br />project would not pose any emergency access constraints or <br />adverse impacts. <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />Result in inadequate parking capacity <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />Through the City's development review process, the Planning <br />Department has determined that the proposed project is providing <br />an adequate amount of parking. <br /> <br />G. <br /> <br />Conflict with <br />transportation <br /> <br />alternative <br /> <br />adopted <br /> <br />policies <br /> <br />supporting <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />31gAs.49 <br />
