SOUTH COMMUNITY PLAN STUDY At the request of the City Manager, <br /> this matter was continued to the <br /> next meeting on August 30, 1971, <br />on motion of Councilman Patterson, seconded by Councilman Villa, and <br />unanimously carried. <br /> <br />SURETY BOND GUARANTEES FOR On motion of Councilman Patterson, <br />STREET IMPROVEMENTS seconded by Councilman Evans, and <br /> unanimously carried, Staff report <br />on bonding procedures dated August 5, 1971, was received and ordered filed. <br /> <br />FOUR-WAY STOP CONTROL Acting on the recommendation <br />FLOWER STREET AND of the Staff Report dated August <br />ST. ANDREW PLACE 10, on motion of Councilman <br /> Herrin, seconded by Councilman <br />Patterson, and unanimously carried, Council approved citizens' request for <br />a four-way stop control at the intersection of South Flower Street and St. <br />Andrew Place, and requested that Staff prepare a new combination of <br />warrants to deal with any future request for the installation of four-way stop <br />controls. <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAPS <br /> <br />approved the following maps: <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Herrin, <br />seconded by Councilman Villa, <br />and unanimously carried, Council <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #704 - Filed by C.J. Segerstrom and <br />Sons, creating three (3) 1R I and CR Parcels for commercial use, <br />one to remain vacant at this time, located generally on the north <br />side of Sunflower, 387 feet east of Bear Street subject to conditions <br />contained in report of Planning Director dated July 30, 1971; and <br />alley requirements were waived. <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #705 - Filed by Howard A. Bear, <br />creating two (2) R 1 and two (2) CR parcels for commercial <br />purposes, one to remain as Boy Scout House and one to remain <br />as farm land, located generally northeast of the intersection of <br />Bear Street and Sunflower Avenue, subject to conditions contained <br />in Planning Director's report dated August 6, 1971; and alley <br />requirements were waived. <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #706 - Filed by Robert H.
