<br />(F) Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />Approval of the proposed Merger would not have a direct <br />impact on parking facilities, in that the proposed project <br />would not involve any activities that would generate <br />additional parking demands. Though, future redevelopment <br />activities implemented within the Mergèd Project Area could <br />potentially result in adverse parking impa~ts. However, <br />through the City's development review process, future <br />redevelopment activities implemented within the Merged <br />Project Area would be evaluated to ensure that adequate <br />parking facilities are provided. <br /> <br />XIII. <br /> <br />UTILITIES/SERVICE SYSTEMS <br /> <br />(A.B.C.D.E.F.G) Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />Approval of the proposed Merger would not directly generate <br />additional demands for utility service systems over current <br />levels of demand provided. Though, future redevelopment <br />activities implemented within the Merged Project Area could <br />potentially result in increased demands for utility <br />systems. However, through the City's development review <br />process, future redevelopment activities implemented within <br />the Merged Project Area would be evaluated to ensure that <br />adequate utility systems are provided. <br /> <br />XIV. MANDATORY FINDINGS OF SIGNIFICANCE <br /> <br />(A) Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The proposed Merger would not have a direct impact on any <br />plant or wildlife species, in that in accordance with the <br />California Department Fish and Game Natural Diversity Data <br />Base there are no sensitive plant species or wildlife <br />species within the proposed Merged Project Area. The <br />proposed Merged Project Area could potentially contain <br />significant cultural resources. Future redevelopment <br />activities implemented within the Merged Project Area could <br />potentially result in impacts to cultural resources. <br />However, through the City's development review process, <br />future redevelopment activities would be evaluated for <br />potential impacts to cultural resources. Where needed <br />mitigation measures would be identified to avoid or <br />minimize potential impacts to cultural resources. <br /> <br />Page 158 of 190 <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />75D-168 <br />
