<br />1. PURSUIT OF ALL RESOURCES THE GRANTEE INDICATED IT WOULD PURSUE: Pursuant to the
<br />2003 - 2004 Annual Action Plan, the City pursued a variety of funding sources to
<br />support its efforts to address priority housing and community needs. These

<br />2. PROVIDED REQUESTED CERTIFICATIONS OF CONSISTENCY FOR HUD PROGRAMS IN A FAIR
<br />AND IMPARTIAL MANNER: The City of Santa Ana was pleased to support several HUD
<br />grant applications during the report period. The County of Orange requested the
<br />City provide a support letter for its 2003 and 2004 Continuum of Care Homeless
<br />Assistance applications to HUD. Additionally, the City provided a Certification of
<br />Consistency for one agency that applied for HUD homeless grants through the
