(CA 65.3) <br /> <br />SALE OF TAX DEEDED Council received and ordered <br />PROPERTY , ~ filed the staff report dated <br /> February 15, 1973 (referred <br />to staff!February 5, ,1973), relating to the sale of tax deed property in the <br />City, on motion of Councilman Herrin, seconded by Councilman Yamamoto, <br />and unanimously carried on a 6-0 vote. <br /> <br />The report stated that the City had no objection to the sale and that the <br />propert~ was of no value for open space purposes.
