Any vendor that proposes more than <br />one vendor line may, at the discretion of San Joaquin County, have all proposals <br />rejected. <br />• Proposers are to bid the full line of anti -virus software available from Symantec, <br />McAfee or TrendMicro. The unit price of each different anti - software product is <br />to be listed. <br />• Proposals must provide a contract that will be open for use by all California <br />Counties and Cities for a period of 24 months — starting in July of 2003 and <br />ending June 30, 2005. During this 24 -month period, Counties and Cities can <br />procure anti -virus product and/or purchase services for periods of 1, 2 or 3 years. <br />• Prices provided by proposers must be less than the prices currently available via <br />the existing State contract.
