The parties entered into Agreement #A-2002-1s0, dated August s, 2002, (hereinafter <br />"said Agreement") by which Contractor has provided dog license fee collection <br />services. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />renew said Agreement for an additional one-year period and increase compensation to <br />pay for services during the extended term. <br />Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject <br />to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Second <br />Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase the maximum <br />compensation to pay for services provided by Contractor during the extended <br />term. Said compensation shall not exceed $100,000.00 during the period from <br />July ], 2004 through June 30, 2005. <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the term of said Agreement to June <br />3Q 200s. <br />4.
