WRITTEN COMMUNICATION On motion of Councilman <br />BIKE ROUTE DEVELOPMENT Griset, seconded by <br />AND PRIORITIES Councilman Evans, and <br /> unanimously carried, <br />Council approved Priorities 1 - 9 recommended by the Planning <br />Commission and the Board of Recreation and Parks in their <br />communications dated December 27, 1973 and January 3, 1974, <br />respectively, and implementation of priority 10 when funds <br />are available, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Flower Street Flood Control Channel <br /> 2. Edna Park River Crossing <br /> 3. Lincoln Trail Creek to Stafford (Bowers Museum Link) <br /> 4. P~ R/W Development <br /> 5. Civic Center Drive <br /> 6. Greenville/Hobart <br /> 7. Northeast Routes <br /> 8. South Coast Route (Raitt Street) <br /> 9. South Coast Route (Flood Control Channel) <br />10. Southern Pacific Edison Route (4) <br /> <br />(CA 18.6) <br /> <br />WRITTEN COMMUNICATION On motion of Councilman <br />BIKE ROUTE DEVELOPMENT Griset, seconded by <br /> Councilman Evans, and <br /> unanimously carried, <br />Council set for public hearing on February 4, 1974, the <br />Planning Commission and Board of Recreation and Parks <br />recommendation, contained in their letters dated December 27, <br />1973, and January 3, 1974, respectively, for removal of <br />parking during limited hours on Ross Street from 17th Street <br />to Civic Center Drive, to provide a bike lane. (CA 18.6) <br /> <br />WRITTEN COMMUNICATION On motion of Councilman <br />SANTA ANA DELHI CHANNEL (F-01) Griset, seconded by <br /> Councilman Evans, and <br /> unanimously carried, <br />Council approved plans and special provisions for landscaping <br />from Dyer Road to Warner Avenue, contained in the letter dated <br />December 28, 1973 from Orange County Flood Control District. <br />(CA 53; CA 18.6) <br /> <br />WRITTEN COMMUNICATION On motion of Councilman <br />OPEN SPACE Griset, seconded by <br />ACQUISITION PRIORITIES Councilman Ward, and <br /> unanimously carried, <br />Council approved the following acquisition priorities 1 through <br />3, and priorities 4 through 9 as funds become available, <br />contained in the letters dated December 27, 1973, and January <br />3, 1974, from the Planning Commission and Board of Recreation <br />and Parks, respectively: <br /> <br />1.
