SPHEP, E OF INFLUENCE The letter dated <br />MARINE CORPS AIR March 1, 1974, from <br />STATION (H) the Executive Officer <br /> of the Local Agency <br />Formation Commission, notifying the City that the Commission <br />had scheduled March 27, 1974, as the hearing date to review the <br />status of a Sphere of Influence for the U.S. Marine Corps <br />Air Station (Helicopter), was received and filed on the <br />unanimously approved motion of Councilman Evans, seconded <br />by Councilman Yamamoto. <br /> <br />Mayor Patterson stated that he would attend the hearing and <br />that it would be helpful for any Councilmen who could to <br />also plan to attend at 2:00 P.M., on March 27, in the Board <br />of Supervisors' Hearing Room on the 5th Floor of the County <br />Administration Building, 515 North Sycamore Street. CCA 78,4) <br /> <br />PLANNED RESIDENTIAL The Planned Residential <br />DEVELOPMENT ZONE I~EVIEW Development Report, <br /> unanimously adopted by <br /> the Planning Commission <br />on February 26, 1974, was accepted and staff was directed <br />to prepare the necessary implementation ordinances to carry <br />out the recommendations contained in the Report, on the <br />unanimously approved motion of Councilman Grlset, seconded <br />by Councilman Evans. <br /> <br />Mayor Patterson suggested that the Report be reviewed with <br />the major PRD landowners in a Study Session with the Council. <br />(CA 78.8) <br /> <br />CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION The Condominium Conversion <br /> Report and addendum, <br /> unanimously adopted by <br /> the Planning Commission <br />at its meeting of February 26', was accepted and the staff was <br />instructed to prepare the necessary ordinances to carry out the <br />recommendations as indicated in the Report, on the unanimously <br />approved motion of Councilman Evans, seconded by Councilman <br />Griset. (CA 78.7) <br /> <br />OPEN SPACE AND The report dated March <br />BICYCLE TRAIL 6, 1974, prepared by <br /> the Director of Public <br /> Works, in response to <br />a request by Council on February 4, for a study of the <br />feasibility of covering the Flood Control Channel along <br />Sunflower Avenue and Flower Street for open space, landscaping <br />and bicycle'trail purposes, was received and filed on the <br />unanimously approved motion of Councilman Gri~et, seconded <br />by Councilman Evans. (CA 18.6) <br /> <br />RAILROAD CROSSINGS The report dated <br />STATUS March 6, 1974, prepared <br /> by the Director of <br /> Public Works, in <br />response to a request by Council at its meeting of January 21, <br />for a report indicating the status of the improvement of cer- <br />tain railway crossings within the City, was received and filed <br />on the unanimously approved motion of Councilman Griset, <br />seconded by Councilman Evans.
