EXHIBIT A COST PROPOSAL SUMMARY Consultants responding to this RFP are to propose their most competitive rate. Consultants are to propose an hourly price rate for attendance to meetings. If the project is completed with less meetings than proposed, price will be decreased based upon the number of meetings cancelled. Consultants are to propose a fixed price rate for the completed report. The fixed price shall include all costs related to the products and services required to meet the deliverables proposed by the Consultant. The Consultant selected for the contract award will be paid for actual work completed and meetings attended. No payment above the proposed price will be authorized under the contract issued as a result of this RFP . Total fee is to include all direct and indirect costs normally associated with Consultant's services. The City may award all of its requirements to one vendor, or may award to multiple vendors in any combination as may be determined to be the best interest of the City. I. COMPENSATION The City agrees to compensate the Consultant at the not to exceed price set forth below. Consultant agrees to accept the same as full compensation for performing all services and fumishing all staffing and materials called for; and for risks connected with the services; and for performance by Consultant of all its duties and obligations hereunder.
