CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA UPHOLD- <br /> ING THE DECISION OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION AND GRANTING VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. <br />?3-62 FILED BY THE FIRST WESTERN BANK AND TRUST COMPANY was <br />adopted on motion of Councilman Evans seconded by Councilman <br />Garthe, with dissenting vote by Councilman Yamamoto. (CA 13) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74-54 A RESOLUTION OF THE <br />GRANT AWARD CONTRACT CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CRIMINAL JUSTICE COUNCIL CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> AUTHORIZING AND IMPLE- <br />MENTING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CALIFORNIA COUNCIL ON CRIMINAL <br />JUSTICE FOR THE ORANGE COUNTY CONSOLIDATED RECORDS SYSTEM was <br />adopted on motion of Councilman Evans, seconded by Councilman <br />Yamamoto, and unanimously carried. (CA 4?) <br /> <br />READING WAIVED The full reading of <br /> Resolution No. 74-57 <br /> was waived and it was <br /> read by title only, on <br />the unanimously approved motion of Councilman Evans, seconded <br />by Councilman Griset. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74-57 A RESOLUTION OF THE <br />NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> PROCLAIMING APRIL 30, <br />1974, A NATIONAL DAY OF HUMILIATION, FASTING AND PRAYER was <br />adopted unanimously on motion of Councilman Evans, seconded <br />by Councilman Markel. (CA 42) <br /> <br />AGENDA ORDER <br /> <br />By informal unanimous <br />consent Council considered <br />Items 63, 46, S? and 8? <br />next on the agenda. <br /> <br />SANTIAGO PARK FENCING The report dated April <br /> 11, 1974, from the Park <br /> Superintendent regarding <br /> Santiago Park Bowling <br />Green Fence was considered by Council. <br /> <br />The following people addressed Council stating that the fence <br />is properly located to protect the bowling green; that it <br />adds dignity and beauty to the area; that the six-foot height <br />will discourage vandalism; and that no additional planting is <br />necessary. <br /> <br />Allen Goddard, 2313 North Poinsettia <br />J.
