AGENDA ORDER Vice Mayor Evans announced <br /> that Agenda Items 70 and <br /> 71, for the public hear- <br /> ings on the proposed Ward <br />Boundary realignment, and Assessment District No. 237 (Quigley <br />Lane), respectively, would be deferred for a brief period of <br />time if there were no objections from members of the audience <br />who were at the meeting for those items; there were none. <br /> <br />SALUTE TO The Vice Mayor recognized <br />MAYOR PATTERSON the following persons, <br /> who each, in turn, paid <br /> tribute to former Mayor <br />Jerry M.
