10. <br /> <br />The permit to use recreational facilities for the. <br />purpose of fund-raising shall be in addition to all <br />other permits required by the Santa Aha Municipal <br />Code including a public charitable solicitation <br />permit 'issued by the Chief of Police in accordance <br />with Chapter 26 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code. <br /> <br />11. Within three days following the event, the-applicant <br /> shall provide a full statement showing total amount <br /> raised, expenses paid or to be paid, and the manner <br /> in which and to whom funds are to be or have been <br /> dispersed. <br /> <br />12; The City Manager may delegate the authority to review <br /> requests to use recreational facilities for the <br /> purpose of fund raising. ' <br /> <br />15. Any applicant aggrieved by denial of a permit to use <br /> recreational facilities for the purpose of fund-raising <br /> by the City Manager or his delegate may appeal to the <br /> ' City Council as provided in Chapter 5, Uniform Hearing <br /> and Appeals procedure as set forth in the Santa Aha <br /> Municipal Code. <br /> <br />A prior motion by Councilman Evans, seconded by Councilman Ward, <br />identical-to that adopted, except for the deletion_of the word <br />"non-religious" from Item 7, failed to carry on a tie vote, with <br />Councilmen Brandt, Evans and:Or~iz dissenting. CA 45.1 <br /> <br />APPLICATION TO CONDUCT SALES <br />FOR NON'PROFIT ORGANIZATION <br />AT JEROMB PARK <br /> <br />in Jerome Park for the benefit of <br /> <br /> The application of <br /> Anderson and Mosley <br /> Associates to conduct <br />fund raising sales <br />Creative Child Care Center <br /> <br />was approved subject to staff ratification and State laws, <br />on the motion of Councilman Evans, seconded by Councilman <br />Brandt, and carried C6-0). CA 45.1 <br /> <br />MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT Discussion of the <br />STUDY REPORT Managemeni Consultant's <br /> Report will'be held <br /> on May 27, 1975 at <br />4:00 P.M. in Room 851 on the motion of Councilman Ortiz, <br />seconded by Councilman Evans and carried (6-0). <br /> <br />Councilman Evans stated that he wanted to go on record as <br />being opposed to the establishment of Deputy City Manager <br />positions and in favor of most of the suggestions pertaining <br />to the City Council's role in City Government. <br /> <br />Councilman Ortiz stated that he could support the Deputy <br />City Manager concept except for Police and Fire Departments, <br />but more in-depth study would be necessary before he would <br />make a definite commitment. CA <br /> <br />79.6 <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATION Council authorized <br />WAFFLE HOUSE the advertisement <br />BID CALA - FOUNDATION for bids to construct <br /> a foundation for the <br />Waffle House On the motion of Councilman Evans, seconded by <br />Councilman Ward and carried C4-2) with CounCilmen Yamamoto <br />and Ortiz dissenting.
