10. <br /> <br />The permit to use recreational facilities for the. <br />purpose of fund-raising shall be in addition to all <br />other permits required by the Santa Aha Municipal <br />Code including a public charitable solicitation <br />permit 'issued by the Chief of Police in accordance <br />with Chapter 26 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code. <br /> <br />11. Within three days following the event, the-applicant <br /> shall provide a full statement showing total amount <br /> raised, expenses paid or to be paid, and the manner <br /> in which and to whom funds are to be or have been <br /> dispersed. <br /> <br />12; The City Manager may delegate the authority to review <br /> requests to use recreational facilities for the <br /> purpose of fund raising. ' <br /> <br />15.
